GUIDELINES:
Welcome
to the Arett Sales’ 2009 Seasonal Showcase and thank you in advance for your participation.
Please read the following information carefully so
that we can work together to make the Spring/Fall/Winter
season of 2009 a success.
Booth
Fees Include:
• Pipe & Drape
• 1 Chair
• Booth Carpet
• Meals during the show
• Inclusion in January 1st mailer and
on-line advertising |

Arett
Sales will provide:
• Booth Sign
• Program Forms
• “New Item” Signs
• N5% Signs
• Wildcard Signs
• Price Tickets for all items displayed |
Booth Services (Electrical & Plumbing):
All Electrical and Plumbing, including water services will be handled by the Garden State Exhibit Center and will be an additional charge. You must reserve electrical and plumbing services in advance. Reserve these services by downloading the appropriate forms below and sending them in to the Garden State Exhibit Center via fax 732-563-4500.
Furniture Rental:
Any furniture above and beyond the provided chair must be reserved from AEX Convention Services.
Cleaning:
• All booths must be completely cleared of debris and
swept clean at all times
• Any extraordinary cleaning will incur additional
charge of $250 per day
Product
Display:
All Booths should be fully stocked and well merchandised with program products only.
The Arett Sales' Merchandising staff must approve
all products
displayed in booth. No exceptions!
Shipping – Inbound & Outbound:
The more freight that is shipped in advance,
the faster the Show goes up!
Hand Carried Freight
Even if you bring your own freight, you will
be charged a handling fee for getting your
merchandise from
the gate to your booth. Please consider this
carefully. Carried freight must go through the front of the Convention Center and up the freight elevators. No freight on the escalators.
Inbound
Freight – DUE 1/29/10
We have contracted with AEX Services to handle
freight in a timely, organized and friendly
manner. All freight
must be received at Advanced Warehouse by 1/29/10.

Outbound
Freight – DUE 2/12/10
It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor
to arrange shipping of their booth – you
must have a preferred carrier prior to the show setup to ship all your
products. Carriers must check in no later
than Friday, February 121th between 5pm – 12am Saturday. Otherwise,
it will be shipped by AEX Services, freight collect. AEX Services will
ship all samples freight collect to the location designated by the
Exhibitor with
credit
card payment.
Exhibitor
is responsible for repackaging booth materials
in their original cartons and leaving them
in booth area “ready for shipment”.
“Empty:” stickers are provided during move-in to affix to boxes – please
mark your exhibitor # and booth # clearly on these stickers - these
boxes will be returned to you for repacking at the end of the show.
If
additional packing or clean up is necessary there will be an additional
handling charge of $250. |
