Here are some guidelines for 2008:

1. Minimum claim to be processed $25.00
2. SEND ORIGINAL ADVERTISMENT FOR EACH MANUFACTURER CLAIM (manufacturers will not accept copies and claim will be returned )
3. Send copies of distribution and printing invoices
4. Be sure to follow Manufacturers requirements…….
   a. All ads must contain manufacturer's Logo & qualifying picture of item.
      (when in doubt, contact the manufacturer to insure reimbursement)
   b. Description of product must be in ad.
   c. Sale value of product must be in ad. (certain manufacturers will not reimburse for values far below MSRP)
   d. Do not advertise competitive products on same page.
   e. Make sure to get all prior approvals and special agreements in writing     and submit a copy with your claim (if special agreement is achieved and not sent     with claim, we will process the claim based on the actual value of ad)
   f. Be aware of Minimum Advertising Pricing rules.
5. All Manufacturer agreements should be in writing and a copy sent along with your claim documents.
6. Merchandise must be purchased from Arett Sales if we are submitting the claim.
7. Pay attention to claim deadlines.
8. Do not deduct any monies from Arett’s open invoices.
9. Mail all claims to:

   (Faxes are unacceptable … can not send ORIGINAL copy of ad through a fax)
10. Use the Arett Sales' 2008 Co-op Claim Form when submitting claims. (Be sure to copy the page and submit on form with each submission.)
